Software Engineer

Roles:

We are looking for fresh graduates and experienced developers or software engineers to be part of our Indonesia based development team. Our workplace in Jakarta emphasizes a start-up-like environment and supports hybrid working (WFO & WFH).

 

About the roles:

You will be joining a software development team that will assess, implement and deliver solutions to improve our machine vision system. You will also facilitate users and field engineers in their efforts to deliver our machine vision solution

system. Our cross functional agile pods allow you to take a role within the team as:

 

Software Developer:

Focusing heavily on the software development side of our machine vision system software. You will employ native object oriented programming to work within implement new features based on projects, solve various issues, optimize

inspection applications, and continuously improve the machine vision system software.

 

Software Engineer in Testing (SDET/QA):

Focusing heavily on maintaining our machine vision system software quality. Define test cases that can verify and validate the quality of the project's deliverables. You will also write code to translate the test case to automation test code either

using the existing or new automation test framework.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about software development
  • Solid understanding with OOP, algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis.
  • Experience in native desktop (C/C++) application development
  • Knowledge of image processing and analysis
  • Knowledge of industrial automation
  • Knowledge on software testing and quality assurance is a plus
  • Knowledge on database technology is a plus

Notes:

The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Applicants who are hired will be trained in the USA for 2-3 months (all-expense paid by the company)

Solution Sales Specialist

Location:

Atlanta, Ga

Roles:

  • Acquiring a deep knowledge of AccuSentry’s products, services, and value propositions
  • Make presentations to customers via online meetings and onsite visits
  • Engaging customers and potential customers to understand their needs and pain points as well as managing exchanges and closing sales
  • Developing relationships and connections with manufacturing organizations
  • Collaborate with AccuSentry’s engineering team to develop approaches, solutions, and proposals to customers
  • Collaborate with AccuSentry’s marketing team to strengthen and expand our market positions using various means of communications including social medias
  • Participating in lead generation and marketing activities and managing inquiries
  • Developing sales action plans, establishing and meeting sales target
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales cycle and providing timely and consistent touch points and follow up using the AccuSentry’s CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Possess High Energy and Enthusiasm to help solve customer problems
  • Enjoy traveling, meeting people, and developing relationships
  • Good with active listening, self-learning, communicating, and presenting
  • Proficient with using technologies to improve work efficiency to drive results
  • Experience or familiarity with manufacturing
  • Sales experience in nonwovens industry is a great plus

We are seeking solution sales specialists to promote and sell AccuSentry’s solutions to new customers and increase our level of engagements with our existing customers.

Application Engineer

Location:

Atlanta, GA - Cali or Bogota, Colombia - Jakarta, Indonesia - Toruń, Poland

Roles:

  • Supporting initial testing and project evaluation submitted by the Sales team
  • Working together with clients' engineers to ensure project implementation success and communicating with clients' engineers to tailor machine vision application specifics  
  • Applying mechanical, electrical, optical, and programming knowledge to a wide array of projects and applications
  • Managing projects from initial kick-off meetings to final on-site installation, training, and post installation supports
  • Designing/editing mechanical drawings  
  • Implementing inspection application software tools 
  • Installing inspection system hardware on location at customer sites 
  • Providing training and engineering support  
  • Preparing trip reports

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience
  • Hands on mechanical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating System
  • Basic project management with good communication skills
  • Previous technical working experience or internship
  • Willing to travel
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • GPA 3.2 and above out of 4.0
  • Ability to speak other foreign language is a plus

The Application Engineer implements and supports machine vision inspection solutions to help manufacturers improve product consist, reduce product waste and optimize production performance for clients across the globe.

Computer Electronic Technician

Location:

Atlanta, GA

Roles:

The computer electronics technician is responsible for mechanical assembling of various
custom subsystems into larger systems using engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
Assembling electro-optical components, wiring and connectors; soldering of cable connectors
and circuit board components; troubled shooting PC based system; working with optical
mechanical parts, and building embedded window images.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant working experiences
  • Clean background
  • Experienced in through-hole and surface mount soldering for parts as small 0402 size
    Knowledge in building embedded window image
  • Experienced in assembling custom computer system
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting PC based system for repairs
  • Ability to work with small mechanical parts for optical alignment of industrial cameras
  • Basic circuit card assembly and troubleshooting skill.

Part Time Production Assistant

Location:

Atlanta, GA

Roles:

Assists in Shipping & Receiving

 

  • Receives and inspects packages for damage and discrepancy
  • Processes and records receiving documents
  • Sorts and stores incoming packages to the proper location
  • Packs all shipments safely and securely
  • Helps quality testing our products

 

Framework and Electronics Assembly

 

  • Assembles mechanical framework parts
  • Assembles lighting parts

Inventory Control

 

  • Identifies and reconciles any inventory variances
  • Assists with physical inventory & cycle counting
  • Performs random audits of physical counts
  • Monitors and maintains accurate inventory records

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word)
  • Experience with SolidWorks
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Ability to lift 70lb packages
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Well organized 
  • Acute attention to detail
